SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Sunday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard UK delivery: 3-5 working days from dispatch.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, along with tracking information where available.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free UK delivery on all orders.

DELIVERY AREAS

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you need international delivery, please contact us at charlie@miteva.co.uk before ordering.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at charlie@miteva.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate with our courier.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we're responsible for your order until it reaches you. If an order is lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If our courier is unable to deliver your order and it's returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery costs may apply.
